I thought that maybe since only one person wrote a review, I would still give it a shot. Perhaps they just got a bad item or it was a fluke? Perhaps it was; but if so, I experienced the same thing. This vacuum does not work very well. It would go

I already own this unit that I purchased new. Has worked great for the past year, You have to have patience with it and make the appropriate weight adjustments and adjust hose length. I ordered a refurbished model as listed for a relatives house,

“wont climb walls”

works pretty good, will get the entire bottom, but unlike my last sweeper it wont climb walls, which kinda sucks because you’ll have to brush the walls manually more often, but the bottom is the cleanest its ever been. I probably wouldn’t buy it
